By using this Site, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any product or service offered on the Site. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


When you visit the Site, make a purchase through the Site, or email the Company, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on and updates to the Site. By using the Site, you hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.


For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and obtain an estimated date of arrival by contacting our Customer Service Department. If your order has not yet entered the delivery process, you can change the details by calling the Customer Service Department. The Company will not provide reimbursement for postage and handling charges once the order has entered the delivery process. Refer to delivery link for further details on changing the address after the package has been dispatched.


Terms of payment are by via Visa, MasterCard (other forms of payment may be added or removed at Company's sole discretion).

Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by Company. The Company expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Site Term, as applicable.


Unless otherwise noted, the Company will make best efforts to dispatch merchandise within 3 to 5 days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the Site. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in dispatch or delivery.


If you no longer want any product(s) purchased from the Company, you must contact customer services within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The Customer shall return the products to the Company in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags or boxes whichever is most appropriate, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is to be had, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the invoice number. Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite your return, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems regarding your return.

Any unwanted product(s) returned outside of this policy will not be accepted for any kind of credit.


You must notify the Company of any product(s) that are faulty on arrival with-in 72 hours of delivery. We will organise a collection of the faulty product(s) and get replacement product(s) delivered as soon as possible. If for any reason replacement product(s) are unavailable we will refund the value of the faulty product(s).

If any product(s) develop a fault with-in its guarantee period we will assist you with making a claim under the manufacturers guarantee.

Any faulty product(s) returned outside of this policy will not be accepted for any kind of credit.

Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our Returns Department and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Please note that it may take your credit card bank longer to apply the credit to which we have no control over after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.


The Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of the Company.


This agreement is governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the UNITED KINGDOM is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that UNITED KINGDOM courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the Customer and the Company are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable legal fees incurred.


Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices include value added duties.

Limited Warranty of Product and Site:

The limited warranty and returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, improper storage, extreme temperatures, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Company is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or inaccurate price information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

You accept full responsibility for keeping your account password confidential, restricting access to your computer and keeping the e-mail address associated with your account current. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur. Periodically links may be established from Site to one or more external web sites, these links are provided for your convenience only. None of such links should be deemed to imply that Company endorses the Third Party Sites or any content therein.


This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY THE COMPANY, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON THE SITE.
